We attended the EURICSE seminar dedicated to highlights and progress of the newly reformed law on not-for-profit entities.
The law, bridging together civil, private and administrative perspectives is a complex juridical scenario for the public legislator, which is still advancing on shaping the new Italian regulation.
For De-LAB it was key to get updates and sharing ideas with prominent experts, so to keep on acting as an intermediary actor between profit, public and non-profit entities.
