De-LAB for Sol.co on Welfare Community Management
Fresh new project for De-LAB involved as a trainer on Welfare Community Management.
Sol.CO – an Italian Cooperative – has selected and engaged eleven girls to practice ad test their abilities on project coordination, communication and monitoring&evaluation. The context is that of marginal people left out of work due to maternity, advanced age and impairments.
Within such scenario, De-LAB will be running 5 classes applying participative methodologies and interactive tools to practice ideas and theories in real-case scenarios, in order to assist young professionals along their journey into project coordination, communication tools, stakeholder engagement and monitoring&evaluation tools.
