In 2008 I graduated in Law at the University of Trento with a dissertation focussed on the legal protection of software and databases. Afterwards I completed my education at a lawyer’s office in Verona as well as by assisting a judge of Verona’s Court. In 2012 I passed the bar exam and subsequently I decided to practice law by opening a law office.
Later I attended an Altalex executive master in “Intellectual property law” after which I accrued my knowledge on designing business models and business plans for improving market positioning.
My expertise relies on corporate law, from supervising the birth of companies, to monitoring their development and counselling for ordinary and extraordinary administration including firms’ constitution, capital increases, transfer of shares and, eventually, company’s sale.
In 2015 I launched an IT company providing legal counselling via web.
In De-LAB I work on:
legal aspects related to the intellectual property rights of BOP/Inclusive products/services,
as well as on modelling Inclusive Business and Social Innovation within the business plan of De-Lab’s customers.
